WHOLE-SUM
Your company as a whole is made up of valuable employees. Each employee is comprised of valuable facets, combined together to determine the value of the employee. These facets intermingle and impact the balance with which that employee functions each and every day. Ultimate Health Matters uses creative tools to assess, measure and address the different areas of your employee’s life. How do you make sure the “wheel” is balanced and rolls efficiently? Ultimate Health Matters’ solution is a “whole-sum” approach to wellness. The sum of each area equals the whole being.

Recognize and manage feelings.
How do you maintain mental wellness? Finding mental wellness is a journey, as life experiences take us through hills and valleys of emotions. Possessing a positive self image and confidence to face life experiences impacts mental wellness. Defined by behavior, thoughts and emotions, mental wellness is measured by how well you manage your stress, your views of life, and your overall wellbeing.
Implementing positive lifestyle habits and physical activity.
Do you know your numbers? Your cholesterol, glucose, blood pressure and body composition are the indicators of physical wellness–your body may be telling you to make some changes toward healthier habits, whether it is learning proper nutrition or how to get some physical activity into your routine. Take action, develop health responsibility and take control of your health. Without your health, you have nothing.
Develop a value-based approach to personal money management.
Attitudes and relationships with money have a significant effect on overall health. Take responsibility for managing finances by learning to live within your means. Learn to manage money before money manages you. Use a budget to get out of debt and stay out of debt. Plan for the future and enjoy a better quality of life through financial wellness.
Maintain the health of your soul.
Spiritual wellness promotes positive thinking, ideals, habits, attitudes and efforts while creating a sense of belonging and overall joy. The “spirit” promotes a desire to serve and give by being an active member in the community. A healthy spirit develops healthy relationships with those around you. Spiritual wellness is having a purpose and finding a meaning in life's events, and having a belief system which promotes health and wellness.
Out of Whack
Mind, body, spirit and prosperity are facets of life, working together to determine the health and wellness of one “whole-sum” person. At times, though, one of these facets weakens to throw the whole being out of balance. Ultimate Health Matters offers assessments to understand those weaknesses, or “kinks” in the whole being, then offers appropriate programming to get the employee back on track to a healthier lifestyle that is in balance.
